For e-sports betting such as Mobile Legends MPL Malaysia, Dota 2, CS2, League of Legends, and Valorant — official results from the tournament organiser are final. For virtual sports run by computer simulation, the system result is final and not subject to appeal.

8 Match Cancellation & Void Bets

Bets will be counted void (void) and the stake will be returned to the member's account in the following situations:

• The match is cancelled before it begins and is not replayed within 72 hours.
• The match is postponed and not resumed within the timeframe specified by the organiser.
• Bets placed based on odds that were significantly incorrect due to a technical error.
• The event is cancelled or its format is significantly altered from what was originally advertised.

Bets that are partially completed (for example, in a best-of-three format where one or two maps have already been played before the match is terminated) will be settled based on the official result declared by the tournament organiser. If the organiser declares a winner based on the current standing, bets will be settled accordingly.
